WELCOMING children in the HOPE of Jesus Christ”

welcominghope_logo_cropped.jpg

Hope is the belief in a positive outcome regardless of the obstacles set before you.  Every day at Special Kids, we welcome children in the hope of Jesus Christ.  Matthew 18:5 says, “And whoever welcomes a little child like this in My name welcomes Me.”  That’s why we have chosen “Welcoming Hope” as our 2010 theme.

As we strive to bring that hope to our community, the need for the services we provide continues to rise.  In 2009 alone, we provided 23,466 services and saw an average of 44 new referrals each month and we anticipate these numbers to grow in 2010.

Through our rehabilitative and nursing services, we see children overcoming challenges and moving toward the hope of a brighter future.  We see hope in every step taken, in every word spoken, and in every smile given.  I would like to thank you for your continued provision of our mission and for the hope you have provided to almost 1,900 families.

We ask that you continue to help us provide hope to the children and families we serve.  Click here to join us in “Welcoming Hope”!
