Our goal- maximum participation!

We serve children who are at risk for developmental delays. We are concerned with a child’s participation in daily activities such as play, self care, and school activities. We design interventions that will promote healthy development.
Occupational therapists are concerned with observing and evaluating how children perform in everyday contexts.  Treatments focus on helping patients regain or develop skills necessary for the job of living.  For children, this means developing life skills and tasks that will enable them to engage in their environment as independently as possible through exercises and task-related activities that are disguised as play.

Skills Occupational Therapists address include:
-Fine Motor                         -Visual Motor
-Visual Perceptual               -Sensory Processing
-Oral-Motor                        -Daily Living
